Zero in on people
Our enhanced people search enables you to easily find co-workers based on a variety of criteria. You can filter via multiple profile attributes, tags, or any content your peers may have created. Progressive filtering helps you refine searches as you go. Search helps identify experts within your community, eliminating the burden of constant questions from colleagues by placing existing content within easy reach.

Build a social network
You can now build connections with your coworkers, allowing you to stay in the loop by following their activity within Clearspace. You can automatically see the content and status of everyone in your network, keeping you instantly apprised of anything of value. You can organize your connections with labels, receive email notifications of their activity and send messages to individuals or groups.

Group the way you want to
Our new Groups feature enables you and your colleagues to connect and collaborate around any area of focus or topic of interest. Groups put the power in the your hands, empowering you to engage on topics beyond the structured hierarchy. Anyone can easily create a group, complete with all the customization and moderation options available throughout Clearspace, including granular permissions and privacy settings.

Never leave your inbox
We've created stronger email capabilities that help you contribute to Clearspace without being logged in. You can reply to any updates the same way you might any email. You can also create new content, such as a blog, discussion or document, by sending an email directly into Clearspace. By bringing the entire discussion to an employee's desktop or mobile inbox you enable them to participate in a manner both familiar and convenient, regardless of location or device.
Customize it yourself
Site customization and phrase substitutions allows you to easily tailor Clearspace to meet your needs. Visual elements like logos and color schemes can be updated directly through the interface. You can also fully customize the look and feel by using our new resource kit to update imagery and style sheets to alter the entire interface. With phrase substitutions and rule sets you can customize terminology within Clearspace to match your company's standard nomenclature.

New conversation in old places
Community Everywhere makes it easy to add Clearspace discussions to existing sites within your organization, such as intranets or partner portals. This offers a view into relevant conversations and provides an opportunity to participate from within other applications. Your users become more exposed to Clearspace content and are further encouraged to join the conversation.

Salesforce integration
Salesforce.com integration exposes targeted Clearspace content within Salesforce, giving users quick and easy visibility into all information relevant to a specific account. This provides you with meaningful insight and information about your accounts that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Easiest text editor on the market
The enhanced text editor provides a familiar word-processing experience and streamlines the inclusion of imagery and video. Our new editor removes the learning curve typically required of new authoring tools by offering you a familiar interface that works precisely as expected. Inserting, resizing and positioning any image is very simple. Embedding a video from sites such as YouTube, Google, or Vimeo is now even easier and lets you view rich content directly within the page.

Project integration
Projects provide participants with necessary management functions, such as simple project status, roll-up reporting, and data portability. Increased visibility into Projects includes simple green, yellow and red states with a descriptive status, and project roll-up views for those managing multiple projects. Through the import and export of tasks, project managers can sync with the resource planning capabilities of their existing enterprise project management tools while allowing users to manage their individual efforts in Clearspace projects.
