Yes, I see those now, thank you.  It looks like there isnt much specific to 2.5.9, but I guess bugs wont be known right away, so I'll keep an eye on the notes.  Thanks for your help!  I really appreciate it!

Sorry for the confusion everyone.  We had a hiccup with our documentation generation and the fixed issues did not get included correctly.  I'm updating the website as we speak, but for now, you can view the fixed issues that are included from the previous release 2.5.7 -> 2.5.9.

 

We actually released 2.5.8 on Monday, however we had to do an emergency patch on Wednesday, before I even posted the blog about 2.5.8. Which is why it appears we skipped over 2.5.8.  There was only one change between 2.5.8 and 2.5.9, but it's a good one that fixes a potential infinite loop.

 

Andrea, I'm not sure which clustering issue you're referring to.  If you could link to the support case I can double check for you.

We applied the 2.5.8 during the week to fix some bugs and I think we ran into this infinite loop you refer too. Todd said we should apply the latest patch 2.5.9. Yesterday our Tomcat was running at 100% after the 2.5.8 patch so I'm guessing that's the fix in 2.5.9.

 

I didnt see 2.5.9 in my account is that released yet? If not I'm guessing we should roll back to 2.5.7 till this CPU killer has been caught!

The ticket I am referring to for clustering issues is: JIRA ID CS-11531. I don't see it above unless I'm just blind this morning!

It is not in this release.  It looks like the engineer is still working on the fix for that bug.

This is really not good. We were told it would be in 2.5.9. We are waiting to upgrade for a fix that was released in 2.5.8 also, but do not want to upgrade twice. Does the engineer have an estimate of when they will be done and in what release the fix will go in? Now that 3.0 has removed support for our platform we cannot upgrade to that we must stay on 2.5.X. This is very bad news for our company.
