We will be upgrading in the next few weeks, but we don't have an exact timeline yet. We are starting our upgrade testing this week, and should have a better idea at the end of the week

When does Jivespace switch to 4.0? I'm very curious to try it out, but it might be a week or two before we put it on a test server internally.

We're aware of the duplicates in the 3.0 and 2.5 release notes. Those will be remedied shortly, please stay tuned.

The new documentation for 4.0 is fantastic!!!! http://www.jivesoftware.com/builds/docs/jive_sbs/4.0/index.jsp Would love to see this implemented in SBS itself, would help tremendously with organizing data/documents. Nicely done.

Right, there must be more info ! This is too small: CS-12220] Web services do not work with WAS 6.1 and Clearspace 2.5.7

Hi Roberto,

Social Groups have the ability to have Projects in 4.0 (a major requirement for us), but still do not have the ability to contain sub-groups or spaces. Navigating groups is not as big of a deal for us, as these will be secret groups and users will not be a part of too many, therefore limiting the need to navigate.

moving customers from spaces to social groups

Will the social groups have sub-spaces, and projects? That was a big hole in the Social Groups features. It was also not simple to navigate the groups. There wasn't an easy way to group similar groups together.
