Hello,

We're seeing some avatars showing properly in a square image of 22x22 and some are displaying wonky in 22x17 with no apparent reason as to why the difference. It seems to be quite random.

Currently, in our instance for the 2.0 Adoption Council (http://eval2-socopartners.jivesbs.com/index.jspa) we have all of the defaults still in place and have not changed any Avatar settings, so we have no idea what might be causing this. We're operating SBS Version 3.0.5

Can you help us to figure out why this might be?

Add Company Name to the short pop-up profile

Hello,

We'd like to customize our ftl file (/template/global/view-profile-short.ftl) to show the user's company (when entered), but I'm not able to figure out what code to add to do this, as I'm not sure where I can find what the company field is called.

Currently, in our instance for the 2.0 Adoption Council (http://eval2-socopartners.jivesbs.com/index.jspa) we have all of the defaults still in place. We're operating SBS Version 3.0.5

I'm attaching our current ftl code for the short profile.

Can you share with me what code and where I should enter it to update the short pop-up profile to include company?

Am I correct in that we can revert back to the default setting if we do not care for this?

Need help removing references to jive url rather than mapped url

We've set up a customized domain for our instance of Jive, but the auto messages that get generated in the system routinely attach the default Jive URL (*ext.hosted.jivesoftware.com/*). How do I fix this?

Question about virus protection in attachments

In the admin console of SBS 3.08, I see a message template that looks like this:

Virus Scan

Email sent to the virus notification list when a virus is detected in a file.

English

When does this message trigger?

What kind of virus scanning is performed on attachments?

How do I turn this on / off?

Method to find threads with 0 replies

We are looking for a method (search, RSS, whatever) to find threads that have 0 replies. We tried the unanswered thread RSS feed, but that is based on the question being marked unanswered, not that there are 0 replies.

SportSpace Community Activity Reports

I have tried a couple of different times this week to try and run activity reports for each CMM. For some reason, it is not allowing me to run these reports. I have tried to include a screen shot, but its not allowing me to attach it. I have tried to run the reports for Jim Famularo - Username jim.famularo@dcsg.com, Password sportspace and Jerry Copsinis Username jerry.copsinis@dcsg.com, Password sportspace. Please let me know if you have any questions.

REST API : Disabling a User

I'm trying to use the REST API to disable a user account. I'm sending this XML payload:

<disableUser><userID>2199</userID></disableUser>

and am receiving the following response with Status Code: 200 OK

<ns1:enableUserResponse xmlns:ns1="http://jivesoftware.com/clearspace/webservices" />

It seems as if the request is executing properly, but when I check the admin panel, the user is not disabled. Is this the response I should be getting? If not, what is the response when the request executes properly?

Documentation for the 'broken' HTML from the rewrites

Sometimes the internal rewrites in Jive produce broken HTML. For instance if somebody posts a message that only contains a emoticon, I download the following HTML through the webservices:

Obviously this is not going to render correctly. Where can I find documentation for all the possible __jive_* attributes in the rewrite output tso that I can restore them to valid HTML suitable for rendering?

Poll activity in Recent Activity widget

Is it possible to filter out Polling activity from the Recent Activity widget? Or alternately, is it possible to mark certain polls as "private". That is, currently, with newer polls, if somebody votes, their vote action shows up in Recent Activity. If they are the only voter at that point in time, then their choice is known even if its not explicitly stated in Recent Activity. While most polls are for fun and privacy isn't an issue, I could see some that might benefit from anonymity.
