thanks for the document. It helps a bit. However:

The first image, fields2.PNG does not display on my screen. I left click, and select Show Picture, but nothing happens. Well, once I got this error, but I cannot reproduce, and do not remember exactly what I clicked on, or hovered over. I have an image of the JS error, but I cannot insert it easily, so here is the meat of it Line:1 Char:1 Error: 'SuperNote.instances.0' is null or not an object Code: 0 URL: http//www.jivesoftware.com/community/docs/DOC-2933.
In the "What Next?" section, could you insert a link to "Supportal Best Practices"?

Thanks for the feedback Lew, I have added the link.

I'm not sure about the error you receiving with the embedded image. Does it happen to be an issue with a specific browser / version?

I only use IE7.

Maybe a download issue for me. You are probably accessing on your Intranet or dev sys. If you get a chance, try accessing the doc from offsite and see if you get an error. On the other hand, no one else is reporting this, so it is probably localized to my system. Or no one else has read the doc.
