Good point... this doc should have at least been set to be editable by only the author, or converted to a pdf.

Should outline a really important best practice that Rich made on this document. That is, when posting docs you don't want the community to have the ability to modify, make sure you either:

Post as a pdf, or
If your community platform gives the ability to control who edits the doc, then lock it down that way

Anyways, thanks Rich for helping Barry and I out here on this miss! As an aside, even if you had made huge changes (thank you for not ), we get an email immediately of the modification and then can easily revert back to the old version and then lock it down.
