Hey Michael,

Thanks for the credentials. This is an odd one for sure, not the same problem that was originally listed in this thread. This only seems to happen after a random number of widget drag and drops.I was able to reproduce this locally but it took an extremely large number of moves and I didn't see any single thing that might have set it of. I will have to do some more research into this one, very strange. Thanks.

Another thing I've noticed - I haven't been able to reproduce this issue if I try to cusomize a space layout as an admin - it's only when I try to customize/edit the "your view" tab on the home page.

Since I am unable to reproduce this issue locally would it be possible to get user credentials to test this out on your site? I would just need an account with access to customize a space like this. One thing I just realized is I have been testing in Firefox (3.0) not in IE as the thread is titled. Unfortunately, I just tried IE (7.0) and was able to reproduce the issue there as possible. Everything will work fine for a while, but if I add/remove/move around widgets long enough, I get to a point where one of them (I think it' always been the one in the rightmost column) won't move. I can click on the header and it will hightlight blue to show it's selected but I can't drag it anywhere. Here's the screenshot/HTML from when It happened in IE:

Hi Michael,

I am sorry, I am still unable to reproduce this issue locally. I have tried using my own local test instance as well as the static HTML you provided but I am still not able to run into this issue. A few times it appeared that I couldn't drag a widget but it was only because of the way I was trying to select the widget that made it highlight it. The only time I have ever seen this happen before is if there is bad html on the page, and this will happen from the start not after dragging widgets around for a while. Are there are errors that appear when you are unable to drag this widget?

I can still reproduce it here - If I Add/Remove/Move around widgets long enough, I will get to a point, where one of them won't drag. Here's another example (here "Recent Blog Posts" couldn't be dragged):

HI Michael,

I tested this out using your exact HTML (no changes) and it worked in both IE6 and IE7. At first I thought I had reproduced your issue but it was only because I tried to click and drag too fast that it ended up highlighting it. As long as you are hovering over the text on the handle of the widget and then you click directly on it first it should drag. Thanks.
