Hi Wolfgang,

I am currently developing some basic Jira (issue tracking system) integration with the Supportal. This will allow you to view the status of issues tied to your cases, in real time via webservices. I expect to have this done in the next 10 days! I will update you when I have some more information.

In the meantime, you can create a case asking the status of the specific Jira issues, and our Support team will respond with the current status.

Is there an easy way to check in with release a specific fix is solved? It is very cumbersome to go through all release notes to understand in which release a specific defect is possibly fixed.
