Start a secure, private conversation with Jive from your personalized company group.
One of the many perks of being a Jive customer is gaining access to one of the most advanced web support offerings in the industry. Each Jive customer has a secret group, where you and your colleagues can engage technical support, sales, and account management from one central location. Create new cases, review past cases, receive important customer announcements, and access customer-only information!
Go to your group! First log in using the link at the top of this page, then click Support from the same row. You will then be on the Support tab of your company's group. Please review the information there, including the FAQ and how-to videos.
Belong to more than one account? Not a problem--you will see a list of all your groups. Each link will take you to the Support tab of the respective company group.
If the Support link sends you back to this page, please email Account Support, including your full name and username. We will link your Jive Community account with our customer records for streamlined access.
