We are using AD as our auth system for Clearspace 2.0.1. With the manager field populated. However within Clearspace nothing shows up.

The field is in the form of a LDAP DN for the User that is the manager. However, I believe Clearspace wants the sAMAccountName.

Has anyone gotten the Org. Structure to work from AD?

Please point me in the right direction.

I was able to get the Organization Structure to work with Active Directory. Can you verify that you've run "Admin Console -> People -> Settings -> User Data Sync Settings" and it still doesn't not pull the users manager in Clearspace?

OK, So it does pull the users manager. Its in the form of a DN (I was thinking maybe Clearspace wants a user account name)

If I go to that user, and view the Org Structure, nothing but that user shows up.

How does it build the Org. structure?

I must have misunderstood I specified managers in AD using their sAMAccountName name
