Summary

The Google Forms macro allows all users to insert fully usable Google Forms in any content. Using simple embed codes given by Google Forms users can insert customized questionnaires, polls, feedback forms, etc. directly within Clearspace/SBS.

Figure 1: Create your Google form and then navigate to the More Actions -> Embed window

Figure 3: Install the plugin and you will find the Insert Google Form option in the macros menu

Requirements

Note: Due to a bug within Clearspace (CS-9106) this macro will only work with Clearspace 2.5.9 and above.

Download

Download the plugin using the sidebar on the right.

Installation

  1. Download the plugin jar
  2. Admin Console -> System -> Plugins -> Add Plugin
  3. Find the downloaded plugin jar
  4. Restart Clearspace

Thanks for this macro, really helpfull. I'm trying to deal with ifram scrollable / width / height options in order to cope with long forms. Could you tell me/ us about the most efficient way to configure it. (recompile Googleform class / handle configuration within ftl / javascript ?)

we installed the plug in and i am able to add the form, however it is only showing part of the form.  It will only display the first two fields, and I I have some intro text, it will only show the text, is this something confiugrable, and where?
