What to expect from the online course:
This online training course is designed to boost your productivity with Jive SBS for tasks like creating or finding content, connecting with other users, starting discussions and sharing documents.
The course is self-paced, and can be accessed as often as you like. If possible, set aside about 30 - 60 minutes at a time for each topic in the course. This will give you enough time to focus on the instructional materials and work through the step-by-step lab exercises.
Getting Started:
Before we start exploring the Jive SBS application, you'll need access to a running instance of the application - either from your pilot, UAT, or production site. Contact your IT department or Project Lead to request access to your site if you don't already have an account.
If you don't have a pilot, UAT, or production site to use, you can download an evaluation version of SBS that will run on your computer:
