Trial User Logon Help

I have recently started a trial use.  After downloading I cannot logon.  HELP??

Hi Rod,

 

Did you already run through the Clearspace setup and fill in all of your information? What does it tell you when you try to log in? If I can get this information from we can try to figure this out. Thanks.
