Private Messages Address Book in CS 2.5 -- How add multiple users?

Hi, we're testing Clearspace 2.5

Is there any way to add multiple users at the same time to the Address Book of Private Messages? Ideally, you would be able to use the User Picker to find multiple users and add them all at once. I can't seem to type multiple usernames either (unlike how usernames can be separated with commas in document collaboration options).

Actually, it would be great if you could add any user to either your Address Book, Connections, or both from a central place, such as the search results page or profile...

Thanks again!

Jeff

Re: Private Messages Address Book in CS 2.5 -- How add multiple users?

Hi Jeff,

I agree with your second comment about adding a user to your address book, and I've gone ahead and created a JIRA feature request for it.

As far as your other request (adding multiple users to the address book), could you give me a little more information on what you're looking for? I don't think I have ever seen this kind of feature anywhere, so I'd like to know a little more about what you're requesting .

Regards,

Karl

No problem Jeff, thanks for getting back to me with that excellent feedback. We do have a feature request (CS-7293) for adding the User Picker to Private Messaging, and I completely agree that this would add a lot of value to the feature. Hopefully we will see this added to a future release.

Regards,

Karl
