clearspace database migration - primary key problem

Hi folks,

 

i experienced a problem when using the Database Migration-Tool in CS 2.5.1.

 

I migrated to an MS-SQL-Server (from MY-SQL) and got primary-key exceptions all over the place (e.g createing a document, user registration...).

 

So, creating the first of anything failed, but after that, CS seems to be working fine again.

 

Is there any workaround 4 this problem ?

Hi Stephan,

 

Unfortunately, MS SQL Server is not supported for the 2.5.1 release so you are likely to experience some problems with your instance. We plan on having support for SQL Server built into the next patch release due some time in October.

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
