Changing server hostname

I'm running clearspace 2.5.2 on tomcat 6.0.16 with jdk 1.6 u7 under solaris.  I'm going to be changing server hostnames.  I currently have jiveURL and the mysql connector specified using hostname.  I found that I can change the mysql entry through jive_startup.xml.. but how can I change the jiveURL entry?  My fear is after changing the hostname, I won't be able to access the admin console to make the change there?    In a unrelated post Todd told me that all of the settings for system properties are stored within the mysql db.

Anyone have any thoughts?  The hostname is changing to uxcsdev.

jiveURL  =  http://uxcsstg:8080/clearspace_community

Re: Changing server hostname

Hi Derek,

No need to worry, after changing hostnames you will still be able to log into your admin console to change the jiveURL. As far as I know the jiveURL doesn't control access to the site, it is just used in some locations to display images/links/etc within Clearspace. Thanks.
