Custom Content Types?

Hi,

I recall one of the new features of SBS 3.0 is an interface for creating custom Content Types. Is there any documentation available for this feature?

My understanding is that this was still a plugin that required some customizations, but if this is truely in 3.0, please oh please send us the documentation? =)
