Blogs display image name vs. image?

Hello,

 

I'm using Clearspace 2.0.10.  When I create a new blog post and try to insert images (.jpg or .gif) I randomly get the name of the image inserted instead of the actual image.  When the name is inserted the blog text will show and the image will show this " imagename.jpg ".

 

When the image name is displayed I'll remove the image name and try inserting the same image again.  I have also tried renaming the image and changing the extension of the image.  None of these solutions will allow me to get the actual image inserted.

 

Any Ideas? Need More information?

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
