IE 6 & 7 not showing html elements

Has anyone else run into this issue? We have some elements on our page that pulls in a vimeo video and a google document via HTML widget. It works fine in FireFox and Safari, but IE won't show any of it even with the most up to date version of Flash.  I've attached a screen shot so you can see what I'm talking about.  If you've experienced something similar, how did you fix it?

Hey Kyle,

 

Is this an externally facing site? Any chance I can take a peek at it? Vimeo has reported known issues with IE6 and IE7. I found this at http://www.vimeo.com/forums/topic:3148#comment_1602308 -- it's a little dated but is probably still relevant.

 

Let me know so we can dive deeper.

Hi Brad,

 

This is externally facing.  I was able to get the vimeo video to play but not the google document to show. Long is looking into that now. Here is the code for the HTML widget we are using to pull it in:

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
