Not seeing case info for some of my issues

The new feature for showing case status information in the sidebar is nice, but I am missing a few.

CS-13412 in Message body gets mangled when reponding by email.

CS-13945 in Missing headers in email notifications

CS-13407 in ETA for a fix for CS-13407

Re: Not seeing case info for some of my issues

Hi Jochem,

I updated the couple of public discussions in the Support space, but the ones in the Developers space are not integrated with our Supportal, and therefore do not have a field for us to add product issue IDs to.

In relation to Where is the overview of cases with open issues? , since you are not a member of a customer account, you will not have the option to make public cases which can get issue IDs associated with them in the Developers space.

Re: Not seeing case info for some of my issues

At this time we will not be moving cases, but we hope to add the issue tracking ability to discussions in the Developers space soon.

RE: So I still have to come back here and check for all the updates by hand?

Yes, in this first rev of the integration, you'll need to check on your issues by navigating here

Are they available through a webservice or RSS feed?

Not yet, but those are great feature requests, which I have added

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
