Can space admins use the "Analytics" tool?

Is is possible for Space administrators to use the analytics tool once we have our instance up and running so that they can extract reports based on the spaces they manage?

Hey James,

Space admins should have access to the Reporting tab in the Admin Console. However, the analytics tool in the admin console doesn't allow drilling down by particular spaces as far as I can tell. It simply offers a few generic reports, the real power of the analytics tool can be seen once the database it hooked into a BI or Reporting Tool. Thanks.

We now have a running instance of Analytics what are the basics from a new user and where would be the place place to start if we just turned in on and we're heading into 4 weeks of usage?

Hi Anthony,

I would definitely suggest that you join the SBS Analytics group here on Jivespace:

http://www.jivesoftware.com/jivespace/groups/sbs-analytics

This is the most up to do information that we have available for customers to utilize. You can also post any questions you have there and get help from other customers using analytics as well. Hope that helps. Thanks.
