insert link issue

Why are links to fileshares (directory) not working in one space but will work on other space?

I created a document on let's call it "Space A" with a link on the directory.  When I clicked on the link it doesn't go to that directory, it goes to Main>Document page where it has all the list of spaces and documens.

But when I tried to create the same document and link on "Space B" it is working.  When I clicked on the link it goes to the directory that it supposed to go.

Please help!

Thanks

Re: insert link issue

Hi,

Will you please clarify what you are trying to accomplish?  What are the exact links you are using?  What page do you expect to show up?

Thanks,

Cory

Re: insert link issue

It may be that the spaces have different Filters and Macros set.  Go to Spaces in the Admin Console.  Select one of the spaces and compare the settings under Settings > Filters and Macros.
