Where is the budget coming from in the corporate mix for internal / external social programs?
Laura's, Forrester Analyst, response mentioned she's seen the budget often coming from the marketing group but would be interested to hear any additional thoughts from Clearstep.
Mike, from Cisco, also sees it commonly coming from Marketing or Support
