What do you want to hear from me in my upcoming webcast with Jive titled, “ Intel Channel Voice - Growing Channel Sales in a Shrinking Market.” (I will be focusing on various strategies and tactics that we are using to defend ourselves from the impact of the recession on our reseller channels.) I would love to hear your concerns prior to the presentation so I can tailor my content accordingly.
My presentation is going to focus on how we utilize community tools within sales, marketing, events, and product development business functions. I will provide real examples (minus the financial data) of "discussions" in each category. Additionally, I will provide three techniques for better positioning and promoting an "online community program".
If you have any specific questions or interests feel free to let me know.

Scott, looking forward to the webcast! I think the economic downturn makes these kinds of sales and marketing strategies -- doing more with less -- even more important than ever before. A recent survey by MarketingSherpa illustrates how marketers are reducing event-based marketing tactics and shifting efforts to online communities and social networks: The specified thread was not found.
Will be interesting to hear the impact (and how it's measured) of how Intel is using the partner community to cut costs and grow opportunities at the same time.
Great job on the presentation Scott!!!
