What's new in 3.0.8 that is worth bragging about?

Just a quick question and would be nice to get response in simple "bullets" on whats new in version 3.0.8? thanks!

Hi Brad-

We are getting ready to migrate to 3.0.8 and I want to know what exactly is in it. The link below doesn't tell me. I know 4.0 is out, but wat about 3.0.8?
