Re: Cannot login to Forum

Hey there,

Unfortunately our Forums product has reached it's end of life and, as such, is unsupported. I would recommend you reset your password in this instance to make absolutely sure you're using the correct password.

Thanks,

Brad

Is your forum configured to use LDAP, perhaps? Can you verify that nothing has changed there?

So it sounds like no users are able to log in? You can log in to the admin console via http://<the URL to your forum>/admin using the admin credentials.

Who manages your AD server? Can you please sync with them regarding any changes to AD that were made on the 22nd? The only culprits here would be that someone has changed the AD settings, which can be modified via the DB directly, or something has changed in AD itself...

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
