Can I have a sub-community appear in more than one place?

We are setting up a eCommunity for several customers. I have a sub-community that contains information that is applicable to everyone of the customers.

Here is what I want to achieve:

Homepage > Customer (A) > Common sub-community

Homepage >Customer (B) > Common sub-community

Homepage >Customer (C) > Common sub-community

Instead of:

Homepage > Common sub-community

Homepage >Customer (A)

Homepage >Customer (B)

Homepage >Customer (C)

Can this be done?

Hey Robert,

Since our communities are built hierarchically, there isn't really a good way to do what you want with them.  Something else you might wanna try is a private social group: it has no hierarchy.  Then you can set the permissions so that all members from your three groups will be able to go to it.  Also, you can then make a link widget from the three customers, so they can go to it as if they are built like you want them in the lower diagram.  I hope that helps.

Thanks,

Kevin

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
