Photo display?

I am looking for a way to programatically not display photos in Jive.  So if I have a list of users I can make it so their photo is not available for others to see?  Is this possible?  Is there a way to manually do this?  So far the only mechanism I can see to not display the photo is to remove it.

Thanks,

Jason

Re: Photo display?

Hey Jason,

Do you mean their profile photos and avatar picture?  Or do you mean that you don't want people to be able to use photos in docs/threads/etc?  What version of clearspace/SBS are you running?

Thanks,

Kevin

Re: Photo display?

Hey Jason,

Unfortunately, I don't think SBS has this ability out of the box.  We do have name and email visibility options, but none for making your photo private.  Taking the photos down if you don't want them to be visible is your best bet.  When you go to your profile and then choose 'change photo' from the options, there should be a 'Remove photo and use default image' option just underneath the profile photo.  I hope that helps.

Thanks,

Kevin
