Avatar not displaying imported photo.

Using the test hosted version of SBS when importing a uses photo into the system this became the users avatar. What do we need to change in order to make this happen with our live environment.

Apologies - I've worked out why thats not the case. I needed to go into the Admin console/People/Avatar settings and turn on Enable Avarats for all registered users, and then put a '1' in the maximum uploaded avatars per user to get it working.

Had to change settings in Admin Console.

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
