Filter Read / Unread Messages

Some community members have asked for the ability to filter read / unread messages on discussion listing pages.  They are aware of bold / unbold (read tracking), but want the filter in addition.  They are referring to this missing feature as a bug, since they recall it being available in Jive Forums.

Is this planned for a future release?  We're on ClearspaceX 1.10.

Thanks, Robert

Re: Filter Read / Unread Messages

Hi Robert,

This has been requested before, and is logged as a feature request, though it is not yet implemented. It is not in our 3.0.0 release, but is currently scheduled for 3.5.0

Re: Filter Read / Unread Messages

i am curious to know why this highlighting and filtering Unread content is not extended to documents. Many of our users are asking for this capability

Re: Filter Read / Unread Messages

Hi Sree,

This functionality has been in the product for many years, dating back to when we had forum threads only. An RSS feed reader should be able to accomplish this with a documents feed.
