I am trying to login in Jive SBS Mobile, but it failed.

Hi, my name is Luiz Fernando Diniz. I'm from Brazil and I was in San Francisco,CA in Together JiveWorld09. After the presentation of Jive SBS Mobile I downloaded the iphone APP, but i am trying to login using the jivespace community and my username luiz.diniz, but it returns "Login Failed - Unable to log you in.". I met Olivia after the Jive Tech Talk: "The Mobile Jive - Product Session" and compromise myself to use the app and give a feedback. But the only Jive community that I participate is Jivespace. Does anybody could help me to login in the Jive SBS mobile? Tks.

P.S. Sorry about my rusty english.

Luiz -

Do you have a 4.0 instance available to you? The iPhone client won't work with an earlier Jive SBS release.

Hello Luiz,

While I can't mention whether there are any public communities using 4.0, we're currently very busy working on getting jivespace up to 4.0, and we're excited about the move as well.  I hope that helps.

Thanks,

Kevin

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
