Creating templates for new documents in a specific space?

I would like that the Create Document script allow to choose from a blank document or a pre-formatted one (would contain standard titles). Ideally, this would be space-specific.

Is there a way to do that?

I am rather new to this, so please forgive me if I ask obvious questions.

Re: Creating templates for new documents in a specific space?

Hey there,

Unfortunately, this isn't available out of the box. We've had many users request this, though! That said, it doesn't look like this feature is currently scheduled for our next release of 3.0 or our 4.0 release.

I will note this on the feature request ticket, though, to hopefully increase priority internally.

Cheers,

Brad

You may want to look at our release candidate plugin for SBS 4.0, and see if that helps.  This is more or less the use-case that started this core feature.

Hi,

I'm going to close this case for now.  Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Thanks,

Kevin
