Published document in Popular Documents widget but not in All Content list for space (CS 2.5.6)

Hi, We're on Clearspace 2.5.6. We've encountered a problem where a document published in a space is not appearing in the list of content for the space, but is appearing on the Popular Documents widget. The document is accessible by link.

Here is the document. It is published updated 19 hours ago, and the breadcrumbs show it to be in the "Information Technology" space:

Admin Console: Document Management tab for the space does show the document:

This document, which should be at the top of this list does not appear on the All Content tab. The top doc is 4 days old while the new doc is 19 hours old. The missing doc doesn't appear at the Documents tab, nor in the Recent Content widget. Other content from the same author does display (the red arrow indicates this):

The document does appear in the Popular Documents widget, though! (Please forgive the large image.)

Thanks very much for taking a look at this!

Best regards,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Will you try restarting your Clearspace instance?  There are some known issues that can cause the Recent Content cache to get in a bad state.  You can only clear the Recent Content cache by restarting.  This should fix the problem.

Thanks,

Cory

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
