How come I get an unauthorized error in the Feature Discussion?

Just tried to post a response and got an error. When I first followed the link from the notification email (View the full discussion -- title of thread is

Adding "Best Bets" to Search Results).  I could read the thread and post a reply. When I tried to publish my reply I got the error, and then when I tried to follow the link (above) I got the unauthorized error.

 

I've been encountering this at random times all over Jivespace since your big upgrade...

Hey Ted,

 

Looks like this was a public case placed in the feature discussion space, and after the upgrade it was in limbo between public and private. I've updated it and it is displaying correctly now. Can you check it out for me?

 

Also, please list any other 'unauthorized' errors you see here that you think are related, and I'll check them out!

I went to the thread and posted a response to the last message, then got the error page shown above. I still can't get back to the thread now, but if it's like last time my response will actually have been posted despite my getting told I'm not worthy.

I've tracked this down to an issue with the Supportal and public cases! The bug ID is: SUP-531 and it will be fixed within a week or two!
