Biography:
Adrian is a highly experienced business consultant with over thirteen years of commercial knowledge, gained from working in both analytic and managerial roles. Adrian has a sharp, focused approach to analysis and problem solving backed by a logical, innovative approach, adept at thinking on his feet and driving change.
His main skills include requirements analysis, stakeholder management, testing and implementation, change management, system migration, focusing on delivery and facilitation of user acceptance. The range of environments he has worked in varies from start up ventures through to tier 1 investment banks.
For three years prior to WTG, Adrian worked as a Principal Consultant with Detica, where he undertook a variety of public and private sector assignments. Clients included HMRC, where he took over the lead Business Analyst role, managing the business change activities for a nationwide Nominal repository implementation. He also worked with the MoD to produce an Output Based Specification on the Future Logistic Information System. Other clients included the DTI, Cabinet Office, OFT, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Vodafone and Irish Rail.
Prior to Detica, Adrian worked as the European IT Director for FactSet; a leading financial information and analytic applications for investment professionals. In addition to Adrians consulting work, he has also undertaken work in a pre-sales and development capacity with software houses such as Xenomorph and 4D Trading.
Adrian has a BSc (Honours) in Engineering from the University of Durham and an MSc in Advanced Design, Manufacture and Management from the University of Cambridge.
