Creating links to open in new tab/window

Hi

 

Is it possible to create links such they open in a new tab/window ? The current facility for linking in Rich text editor does not seem to provide that. This would be really helpful in case of linking to external sites.

 

 

 

Looking forward for this addition to a the existing link button which is really good.
