The ability of a person to attach files to a blog seems to have disappeared.  I have no idea when this started happening or if it is related to the recent upgrade to 2.5.3.  I've checked permissions, but I don't seem to see a permission for "Create blog attachment."  We use this feature quite extensively, so please let me know as soon as possible how to fix this.
