Does the changing of a theme impact users (other than look and feel)

Hello - this is just a question.  If we make a change to the theme, is there any chance of impacting users?  For instance, if someone is modifying a document, is there any risk of them losing their session and therefore their data?  We have a clustered system, and I understand there are some quirks with this.  I just wanted to be sure that the quirks pose only a theme risk.

Thanks - Rick

Re: Does the changing of a theme impact users (other than look and feel)

Hey Rick,

Themes won't affect a user's session and in general shouldn't affect more than the UI unless seomthing crucial was removed in the theme (i.e. the Publish button). If possible, I would push out theme changes during low user traffic times, though.

Thanks,

Vinh

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
