Using HTML on overview pages

When customizing an Overview page, you have an option to use HTML. However, there seems to be some sort of limit (character, it seems) on the amount of HTML you can enter.  Is that limit adjustable in the admin console anywhere?  I would like to use extensive HTML for an overview page and it seems like the current limit won't allow me to do so.

Thanks,

Re: Using HTML on overview pages

There is a 3500 character limit to the text that can be used in the HTML or Formatted Text widgets.  Unfortunately, this is not something that is configurable and is a hard limit.

However, with the Jive SBS 3.0 release, this limitation is no longer present as improvements have been made that do not require the limitation.

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
