Can an admin delete bookmarks?

I want to be able to delete inappropriate bookmarks but don't see any way for the admin to do this?

Re: Can an admin delete bookmarks?

Hey Christian,

Not sure off the top my head, but we'll spin this up and test. There should be a way to delete the offending bookmarks.

FYI: I moved this to 'Support' and out of 'Jive Forums' as that is an older product of ours that is still being supported for a bit longer

Re: Can an admin delete bookmarks?

Hey Christian,

There is currently no way to remove or moderate another user's bookmarks, there is a feature request in our tracker (JIRA ID CS-11938) and I've added this case to the list of users requesting the feature.

If you enable the Report Abuse function, users can report a bookmark as abusive and have it hidden.

Thanks,

Vinh

Re: Can an admin delete bookmarks?

We would need this feature too. Also, is there any way we can restrict who creates public bookmarks. We need all the users to be able to create their own personal list of bookmarks, but we might want only Space admins and specific users to be able to create bookmarks that all users can see.

Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
