Insert video

Hi there, I'm not sure if this is a local setting issue, but I tried to upload a video (Vimeo) and discovered the source option (in the drop down) is missing.

Please could you help shed some light on this? Thanks.

Re: Insert video

That's strange. I see the option, including Vimeo and all the others we had before. Assume you've tried a couple of browsers, refreshed, etc., Rob?

Re: Insert video

Rob,

I'll see if I can replicate this on Mac OS X with Safari 4 and let you know.  What were you trying to add a video to (thread/doc/blog)?

Re: Insert video

This is an existing issue and is fixed in the 3.0.1 release of Jive SBS (CS-12623) and the behavior only pertains to Safari 3 and 4.  Once you are upgraded the problem will be resolved.  Thanks!

Re: Insert video

Ive noticed that this case is private, though it is a good candidate for making public. Is it alright to do so? More information on public cases can be found here The science behind public cases
