How do you setup a 'repeat event' in a jotlet calendar?

Hi:
I am in the jotlet.net site and am trying to “add a repeating event” to my calendar.
My particular event is a repeating event and am using the jotlet “This event repeats” feature.
I am not able to get the event to repeat in the correct day of the week.
When I set up an event to repeat every Tuesday (Tuesday box checked), the results show up repeating every Monday.
When I select the Wednesday check box, the event shows up for every Tuesday.  Is the form working correctly?
See attachment.

It appears so easy and intuitive yet, I am not getting the desired results.
Would there documentation to assist me in the correct menu choices?

Thank you,
John

Re: How do you setup a 'repeat event' in a jotlet calendar?

Hey there,

Are you using the Clearspace or SBS plugin to create this event or are you using the Jotlet client on jotlet.net? I wasn't able to immediately reproduce this on Jotlet.net's client. What are the settings you're trying to use for your recurring event?

Thanks,

Brad

Thanks for passing this along. I was able to reproduce this as a bug. It appears to happen for any even that has an end time after 5:00pm! Likewise, the even doesn't nescessarily have to repeat for it to move so it's a little more syndemic than I first thought.

One work around is to set your series to happen on Wednesday and it should show up on Tuesday like you wanted.
