Jive Forums Enterprise, Version: 4.2.3 | problem generating thumbnails with attached image

Dear Support,

 

We had massive problems with the attached picture.

 

The process which is generating the thumbnail pictures causes our whole application server to crash.

 

Can you please give me feedback how to solve this?
