Jotlet Calendar

The last few I have created/entered on some of my spaces keep giving me an error of “loading events failed”. When I go to  jotlet.net and add the event, its there, but not when I go to view it within  thebigthink space and I get that specific error.

Re: Jotlet Calendar

Stephanie,

Has your Clearspace site had a recent change of address?

Ok - I will check with our Jotlet team and see if something changed recently.

Re: Jotlet Calendar

Stephanie,

Doesn't look like there have been any changes on our side in a while.  Can you get me the settings you currently have for the jotlet API (URL) as well as your current URL for your Clearspace site?

Re: Jotlet Calendar

Attached are images to see what your URL is set to for Jotlet.

Looks like your site should be set to k12.com

Re: Jotlet Calendar

Almost easy enough , We all want it fully integrated at Jive - so that you don't have to go through the API process.

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
