Although I am new to Jive, we have had a problem with another SBS rollout in regards to member enrollment and administration. The problem centers on who is responsible for establishing and maintaining profile information. Does anyone have experience in doing this as a centralized admistrative function as opposed to a function left to the individual members?
We set up all of our member accounts manually. I did set up a dozen People Admins to spread the work out. We accomplished the set up of ~4800 accounts over 3-4 months.
It's do-able, but tedious.
Thanks for that idea.. I have to make member accounts like 5,000 more or less and is wondering how I'm going to do it alone and I have a lot of other works need to finish.
