Write a blog post is enabled in Docupedia (SAP) spaces altought Permissions is turned off in admin console

Hi there,

 

We are working for SAP Collaboration Workspace using Clearspace 2.5.2.

 

We have a high bug from users regarding the blogs writing is not response to the permissions setting in the admin console.

 

See attached image.

 

Do you have a work around ?

 

Do you know if the ticket was fixed in later CS versions (i belive it is: CS-12183 (http://www.jivesoftware.com/jivespace/blogs/jivespace/2009/08/03/releases-jive-sbs-306-clearspace-2515))

Hi,

 

This issue was fixed in version 3.0.7.

 

Sorry, we don't have any work around for this issue.

To better serve our customers we have included functionality to automatically follow up on a case after it has been idle for more than 5 days, and then auto close after an additional 3 days of inactivity. Choose No to acknowledge that this case will remain idle for longer than 5 days.
Making cases public allows other customers to learn from the solution of the case. It can also be used to gain feedback from others in the community. Ask our Support Engineers for more info, but we encourage you to make your cases public.
