Need help removing references to jive url rather than mapped url

We've set up a customized domain for our instance of Jive, but the auto messages that get generated in the system routinely attach the default Jive URL (*ext.hosted.jivesoftware.com/*).  How do I fix this?

Hello,

 

Often these links take their location from a system property that we have called jiveUrl.  So if you go to the admin console > System > System Properties, you should see jiveUrl listed there.  If jiveUrl is currently the same as the links you're getting that are going to the wrong site, you can change it there, and hopefully that should do it.  Let me know if this is the problem, how that works out, and if you have any other questions.
