Wonky Avatar Behavior

Hello,

 

We're seeing some avatars showing properly in a square image of 22x22 and some are displaying wonky in 22x17 with no apparent reason as to why the difference. It seems to be quite random.

 

Currently, in our instance for the 2.0 Adoption Council (http://eval2-socopartners.jivesbs.com/index.jspa) we have all of the defaults still in place and have not changed any Avatar settings, so we have no idea what might be causing this. We're operating SBS Version 3.0.5

 

Can you help us to figure out why this might be?

Hi Jamie,

 

It looks like you've upgrade to SBS 4.0.2. Has the problem continued since you upgraded?

Yes, unfortunately, the problem is still present after the upgrade.

Hi Jamie,

 

Where do you see the different sized avatars? (What page is it on, what do you do that causes them to change)

Can you attach some example screen shots?

 

Do you resize the browser window at all?

Hi There,

 

Dunno why it was happening. It was very random - among some people's profiles but not others.

 

The great news is that we decided to try to remove and re-upload avatars and it seems to have been fixed in the latest version.

 

I think we're on SBS 4.0.3 now.
