When and where is JW12?
- JiveWorld12 takes place October 9-11, 2012 at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.
- Pre-Conference training will be held all day on Tuesday, October 9th. See more details here.
- Tuesday, October 9th the official conference welcome happy hour begins at 5PM
- October 10th and 11th will be full days of mainstage presentations, breakout sessions, roundtables, etc. both ending with evening activities.

Are there group rates?
Yes! Groups of 3-9 or Groups of 10 + people have special discounted rates, see above.

Note all group registrations must be made in the same week and using the correct code in order to be accepted.

What is the hotel room rate?
$155 + all applicable taxes and fee. You must register via the JiveWorld12 registration system in order to secure this rate. Contact jiveworld@jiveevents.com for more details.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Is there a limit to how many people can attend from one company?
Absolutely not! Send as many people are you can – there is so much learning and networking it will be well worth it. See group pricing information above.
Is my registration transferable if I can’t attend?
Yes, but it must be completed no later than September 24th, 2012 and with a $75 service fee. Contact the registration team (jiveworld@jiveevents.com) to make the change.
I’m not a Jive customer. May I attend?
Yes! Consider attending the Social Business Boot Camp on October 9th, which is a free, full day primer the day before JiveWorld12 begins. You'll also get special JiveWorld ticket price with your Boot Camp admission.
I’m a Jive partner. May I attend?
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend JiveWorld12, please contact the registration team (jiveworld@jiveevents.com). Cancellations made up to July 31st will be charged a $350 service fee. After July 31st refunds will not be issued. Please note, any credits take 7-10 days to appear on credit card statements.
