We take customer input seriously and incorporate it into every track and session we plan.
Whether you're trying to improve customer support through community, drive social collaboration, or figure out better ways to engage in your marketing and sales efforts, we've got you covered. There'll be plenty of technical tracks to geek out on, as well as a look at Jive 6.

For advanced users, we've got a special track to address the unique needs and challenges of customers with the most mature communities.

We'll also have pre-conference training sessions for those looking for a deeper dive into particular aspects of Jive administration.

Start your JiveWorld12 experience with a selection of training courses taught by our Education Team. These courses are offered at a hugely reduced rate, $400 for two sessions, and include six-month enrollment in self-paced online training courses available one month in advance of the conference. You can mix and match sessions or stay within one of the two tracks listed below.

This 1-day course provides an in-depth exploration of Jive 5 usage. Attendees are provided course materials and all required software but must provide their own computers. Jive will provide a temporary demo site.
